We have a farmers market for those of you who are new or may not know anything about it. The Mainstreet Statesboro Farmers Market happens downtown Statesboro every Tuesday night at 6pm and every Saturday from 9am-1pm. These farmers provide everything from fruits and veges to all natural grass fed beef, to organic eggs, dairy products, honey, and more.
Now we have a show promoting the Farmers Market and giving you a behind the scenes look at just where all these products come from. Most are grown or raised right here around the Bulloch County area and are much better for you than the gassed or frozen stuff you get from the super market. Tune in tonight at 6:30 on Northland Cable's Channel 96 for the series premier. Tonight's show features B&G Honey Farm, Ogeechee Peaches, and The Herb Lady. If you miss it tonight, it will air again on Friday at 8pm and Sunday at 2pm & 6:30pm.
