Description: The internationally recognized performers/professors of Georgia Southern’s Music Department will present their annual Faculty Showcase Recital on Thursday, September 16, at 7:30 p.m. at the Performing Arts Center (PAC) on campus.The Showcase features over 20 faculty soloists and ensembles performing short selections ranging from Bach and Mozart to pop and jazz. The repertoire is chosen by the faculty for its interest and represents six of the performance areas offered within the department: woodwinds, brass, strings, percussion, voice and keyboard (both piano and organ).
